Every performance job begins with a baseline. We scan the vehicle, review fault history and adaptations, verify boost and fueling behavior, and inspect the components that commonly limit BMW reliability under load: charge plumbing, ignition, cooling system integrity, mounts, and vacuum/PCV systems. If the car isn’t healthy, we fix the foundation first. That protects your investment and prevents tuning from masking a mechanical problem.

From there, we define goals and constraints: fuel availability and octane, emissions requirements, daily-driving expectations, heat management, and how the car will actually be used. The plan dictates parts selection and calibration strategy—not internet trends. Supporting mods are selected to keep intake air temperatures stable, control backpressure, maintain fuel headroom, and manage torque so the drivetrain survives repeated pulls and real-world heat soak.

Calibration is data-driven and safety-focused. We use logging to validate boost control, ignition stability, lambda targets, fuel pressure, charge temps, and knock activity.
